Refund policy

Thank you for considering First Touch Letters!

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot refund unless goods were damaged. 

For damaged goods, we will promptly replace and mail that was damaged due to transit or our machines. To return damaged goods you have 30 days from when you received the order.

Exchanges can only happen when goods are damaged. 

For all exchanges, returns, and damaged goods, you must return the shipment to our location at:

CANCELLING AN ORDER

You may cancel an order within 24 hours from the time on which you ordered the goods.

In order to request a cancellation, you must inform us by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email at firsttouchletters@gmail.com. 

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day you cancel. We will use the same means of payment you used for the order.
