Our Story

We wouldn’t have started this business if we hadn’t first seen success in our own. For over a decade, we’ve relied on handwritten direct mail to grow our real estate investment company—and we know firsthand that this personable approach works. It’s a time-tested, proven strategy that builds trust and drives real results.

That’s why we launched First Touch Letters—to help others achieve the same success. Whether you’re a real estate investor, agent, developer, insurance company, or contractor, we believe in the power of authentic, handwritten communication to connect with clients, generate leads, and grow your business.

Let us help you make a lasting first impression—because in business, relationships matter.

How does it work?

For over a decade, we’ve put handwritten direct mail to the test within our own real estate company—comparing it against postcards, texting, and cold calling. The results? Handwritten letters win. Every time.

So how do we produce such a high volume of personalized mail? Meet our most efficient and hardworking team members: robots! Our advanced machines write each letter with a real blue ballpoint pen, using genuine ink to create an authentic, handwritten look. But we don’t stop there—our dedicated team of human experts carefully quality-checks every piece to ensure it meets our clients’ expectations.

The result? Scalable, high-quality handwritten mail that feels personal, builds trust, and gets results.
