Here is why you should never turn down an appointment that's asking for top dollar.

One of our investors who mails with us monthly (consistency gets you deals!) got a call after sending a letter. 

The seller was asking for $300k.

After a few months of negotiating, and some reasoning on just how much rehab was needed for the place, a contract was signed for $120k under what the seller was originally asking for!

THIS is why you shouldn't be deterred from a high asking price.
